Taylor Conway Associates was set up in 2015 by Dr. Jenny Taylor, Consultant Clinical Psychologist, as a platform for working with health and social care providers to improve practice.  The main focus for TCA is on the provision of services to children and families involved with social care and the criminal justice system, although we are also involved with charities working with adults and with the training and development of clinical staff.  TCA is particularly interested in looking at how 'STAIRS' approaches can support collaborative, analytic practice across health and social care (click on the STAIRS tab for more information regarding the concept of STAIRS approaches).
